WARRANTY AND SERVICE
If we build you a system, the individual parts are warranted through the manufacturer and we stand behind our service.
If your kids put a jelly sandwich in the DVD player, we'll fix it, but their allowance better cover parts and service.
We want a relationship with you, our client. If we've done a great job in building or fixing your system and with educating you about using it, then we expect a card from you every six months to let us know that things age going great ; )
